Within the radius of Kingstons Shopping centre this is a great array of apartments within a prime location. The apartments have been finished to a high specification with a german imported kitchen and integrated Bosch appliances. This particular project was undertaken exclusively for Tara homes and all work carried out was down in-house by our design and construction team. A development completed in late 2019 this was a fantastic project conversion of a 4 bedroom bungalow to a multiple unit development consisting of a total of 4 spacious and high quality apartments. 

This project was immediately sold as a development to a property investor who showed interest early on to add to his buy to let portfolio. The location, high quality finish and well presented development is a staple to Tara Homes portfolio and displays how we can utilise any space as this project was a complex situation development in a triangle plot.
